Fees

We base our fees on the number of rooms in your project along with the number of structiral alterations required. The Tables below set out our fees which apply to the vast majority of normal projects. I'll also provide you with a firm fee proposal following the intial meeting we have to discuss your requirements.

EXAMPLE: If your new extension has one room & one knock-through from the existing house, this will cost £625. If the extension contains two rooms & two knock-throughs it will cost £800.
