We offer architectural design services and submit planning & building control applications
We specialise in Planning and Building Control drawings and applications. Our strong technical background means that your project will always be expertly designed to fully meet the Building Regulations and all planning guidance.
We can help you with all kinds of extensions and internal alterations, including rear and side extensions, single or double storey extensions, as well garage & loft conversions. In fact, anything you need!
For business clients, we can produce Change of Use applications, Design & Access Statements, Removal of Condition approvals, outdoor seating approvals, as well as sound reduction schemes that might be required as a Condition of your planning approval notice.
For all clients, we'll assess the right planning route for your project based on your needs. We can produce all the drawings necessary for successful planning and building control applications. We'll fill in any paperwork on your behalf and act as your agent throughout the submission process.
