I'm a seasoned sole practitioner with 15 years of experience in both domestic and commercial projects. While I love focusing on design, I have a strong technical background in Building Surveying as well as Architecture and my commitment lies in understanding  your needs and ensuring a seamless design process. Regardless of the scale of your home or type of business project, I always offer a high-quality, professional service.

A fully comprehensive design package for just £750 all in ... and no VAT!

 

Not everyone wants a bespoke design service, especially these days when money is tight.

 

As such we also offer a Set Design Package as shown on the above. This package includes all the planning and building drawings you'll need with the design itself being fixed and simply resized as needed to suit your home.

 

As ever, our Set Design Package includes completing all the planning & building control paperwork for you and acting as your agent throughout the submission process.

 

Further features: The specification for the design (for example, blockwork, insulation etc) have all been chosen with value for money in mind.
